The City launched an innovative avenue of communications, St. Matthews (city) Free Reach Alert messaging, available to anyone, both residential and commercial. Reach Alert allows the city to dispatch messages of importance in real time, on an as-needed basis, to those who are registered, which takes 1 minute to sign up.
