Included in the remodel of the City Hall building, were the creation of 2 meeting rooms to be made available to the general public at no charge, for the purposes of small groups gathering together for various reasons such as a book discussion, sewing bee, club meeting, support group, and more.
Both rooms are located on the first floor of the City Hall building, just inside the Administration entrance on the east side of the building. The City Hall entrance, meeting rooms, and nearby restrooms are handicap accessible. Each room may accommodate 15 to 20 persons, depending upon how the tables and chairs are used. Food and drinks are permissible; however, no alcoholic beverages are allowed on city property.
These rooms are available:
Monday thru Thursday
8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Friday
8 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
After hours reservations are available upon special approval.
The Noland Room has:
- a glass entrance way, viewable by those entering the building.
- a space of 18 x 26, (468 sq. ft.).
- drop leaf meeting tables and chairs that can be arranged to a desired configuration.
- a small sink area.
- Wifi for connecting to the internet.

The Schade Room has:
- an enclosed area for privacy.
- a space of 24 x 18, (432 sq. ft.).
- cushioned seating for a more casual setting.
- available drop leaf meeting tables and chairs.
- a small sink area.

To use one of these rooms for your small group, you must apply in person at the City Hall Administration Office, 2nd floor, to make a reservation. A copy of your driver’s license will be required. Questions, contact City Administration at (502) 895-9444.
