The Arterburn, located at 310 Ten Pin Lane, 40207, offers a variety of spaces to accommodate most any size private event.
Formerly the St. Matthews Community Center, this venue was completely renovated inside and out in 2022. Rentable spaces range from a small 46 x 42 ft. to a large 82 x 40 ft., or a sizeable 128 x 40 ft. area. Accordingly providing seating capacity for 100 to 250 guests.
Small Room
This 46 x 42 ft. space is ideal for a club or business meeting, birthday party, or wine tasting. This space is available Sunday through Thursday only. Set up of chairs and round or rectangle tables, along with a microphone, if requested, is included in the rental. A digital screen is available for an additional fee. No kitchen or venue patio access is available with this rental space. The rental period is eight (8) hours. Alcohol is allowed; however, the Alcohol Application for Rentals form must be completed prior to the event.
Large Room
The Arterburn’s larger 82 x 40 ft space is suitable for a business workshop, lecture series, or health fair. This space is available Sunday through Thursday only. Set up of chairs and round or rectangle tables, a microphone, if requested, and use of the venue patio and kitchen is included in the rental. Use of the digital screens can be added for an additional fee. The rental period is eight (8) hours. Alcohol is allowed; however, the Alcohol Application for Rentals form must be completed prior to the event.
Entire Hall
The sizeable 128 x 40 ft. area is a beautiful venue for weddings, anniversary or retirement celebrations, or family reunions. This space is available any day of the week. The spacious and private outside patio area allows for guests to mingle both inside and outside as seasonal conditions allow. It is not uncommon for the wedding ceremony to take place in this attractive patio space. A private bridal dressing room is provided. The venue kitchen, set up of chairs and round or rectangle tables, along with a microphone, if requested, is included in the rental. Digital screens can be added for an additional fee. The rental period is twelve (12) hours. Alcohol is allowed; however, the Alcohol Application for Rentals form must be completed prior to the event.
NOTE: All entities who are providing services for a fee, or conducting business transactions, at this location must have a City of St. Matthews business license.
