The city respects your right to post signs on your property. However, the City of St. Matthews is removing all signs, political or otherwise, found to be placed in City of St. Matthews right-of-way’s as dictated by city ordinance. This includes the right-of-way in residential areas normally between the utility water meter and the paved street. Signs removed will be available for pick up at the STM Public Works yard, 400 Ten Pin Lane, between the hours of 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
