Rumpke, The City of St. Matthews sanitation service provider, has released the following statement in regards to the pick-up of trash on Thursday, January 29, and Friday, January 30. “Rumpke is attempting to service Thursday and Friday customers, as road conditions allow. If Rumpke is unable to service, we will collect additional material on your next service day of Thursday, February 5, and Friday, February 6.” The city is advising residents to use their own discretion as to whether or not to participate in this weeks trash disposal.
