The City of St. Matthews has launched a new service to allow online payments to the city for property taxes, business licenses, and occupational taxes. Coming soon will be the options for paying other fees, such as permits. Just visit the city website and click on the Pay Online link at the top of the home page. For more information about how to use the service and its benefits to you, an online Customer How to Video is available. Those who are paying property taxes only, may quickly access their information by simply entering their property address, or tax bill number, or PIDN shown on the city tax bill. No need to register or login to an account. However, for those users who make payments for business licenses, occupations taxes, or other services, they will need to login and register initially on the site. This will allow them to view all of their service payments in one location and build a history in their user account. For specific questions about the pay online service or your specific user account, use the Contact Us on the city website, and select the Pay Online department.
