Property Value Assessments are being mailed the last week of April. Everyone has the right to appeal. The first step of the process is to complete the Online Conference which is available from April 26 through May 20. PVA staff will be available in person from April 30-May 16 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 AM until 4 PM at the St. Matthews Library for anyone who would like appeal assistance.
